Screen Recordings
Screen recordings would be a tool to use in my Physical Education class. I could use it to make a orientation video that I would show each class at the beginning of the school year. In the recording I could express my expectations for the upcoming school year. I would demonstrate what I expect for participation, for the dress code, my grading scale, etc.
Lectures using screen recordings could show safety guidelines and first aid in the physical education class. This would be available to all students at all times. I could do a recording of the proper technique for administrating CPR and students could review the technique and then demonstrate proficiency in administering CPR.

Flickr in the Classroom
Flickr can be used in many different ways. For my physical education class I could use it to show the correct form for certain activities. An example would be the overhead serve in Volleyball. I could also use it to do storytelling projects and virtual field trips as well. I could also have them use pictures and have the students write stories on those pictures.
As a teacher I feel that the visual documentation of physical education class would be beneficial to show parents and administrators what is going on in the classroom.
For projects I could have them find images relative to nutrition or physical education then have them write reports.
Visual Flashcards would also be a great asset to use in the classroom as well. A teacher could post the flashcards online at Flickr and students could go to Flickr and use the flashcards as study aids.

YouTube In The Classroom
The first link I found to use in my physical education class is four goal soccer. The video would be very helpful because it gives the rules of the game and gives a quick demonstration of how the game is played.

The next video I found on You Tube to use in my PE class is a nutritional video on the food pyramid. It shows the recommended amount of servings and the food groups individuals need each day.

I also found a link on a dance that kids in a physical education class created. I think having the students come up with their own dance routine would be a great way to have the students work together and would be different side to physical education that most students wouldn't see. So I could show them this video on some dance moves and to have them get some ideas to use in their own routine.

The final link I found was demonstrating a lateral raise that you would perform if you are lifting with free weights. She describes the muscles that you would be using, how to perform the exercise, and what weight you would be using while lifting. Since a lot of PE classes are now using weight lifting as a class I feel I could show them this video on how to do this particular exercise.
